Training Programs For All
Our tennis club offers a comprehensive range of training programs designed to introduce people of all ages to the sport of tennis.
Our baby program provides a first introduction to the sport from a recreational and game-oriented perspective, while our mini tennis program is a certified adapted program for children aged 6-8, using low bounce red and orange balls to develop skills and techniques.
Our children’s sections (8-12) focus on training with a green ball and increasing the difficulty of exercises at a technical and tactical level, while our teenage sections (12-18) provide educational and recreational training on a standard-sized court with a yellow ball, laying the foundations for amateur-level play in adulthood.
Competitive And Adult Programs
For those preparing for official matches (EFOA), we offer pre-competitive and competitive sections (10-18) with a high level of training to meet the athletes’ competitive, technical, psychological, and physical performance in competitions.
Finally, our adult tennis program offers fast-paced lessons in small groups of 4-6 people, aimed at learning the rules, basic technique, and strategy of tennis for amateur involvement in the sport.
We also provide individualized training for athletes of all ages and levels, with the program adapted to the needs of each individual.

Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a fun and energetic way to get fit while playing tennis! This program combines traditional tennis drills with a variety of cardio exercises set to upbeat music, making for an exciting and dynamic workout. Suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, our Cardio Tennis program is designed to improve your overall fitness and cardiovascular health.
In addition to the physical benefits, our program also includes working with a certified nutritionist to help you achieve optimal results. By combining fitness training with a personalized nutrition plan, you can expect to see improved energy levels, increased strength, and better overall health.
